One of the key values of RTC is to support our local communities. When
we all pitch in, through programs like Warm Hands & Warm Hearts, great
things happen.
Warm Hands &Warm Hearts collects donated hats, mittens and gloves for
children in need at local elementary schools. RTC distributes these items when
the weather is coldest and the need is greatest.
We encourage you to participate in this important program. Donated items can
be dropped off at the following locations starting November 1, 2014, and will
be collected through December 31, 2014:
• RTC Headquarters in Parshall
• RTC New Town Office
• RTC Watford City Office
• Garrison City Auditor’s Office
• Max City Auditor’s Office
• Kenmare City Auditor’s Office

A national Do-Not-Call Registry exists to
address unwelcome telemarketing calls. The
registry applies to all telemarketers, with the
exception of businesses with whom you have
an existing relationship and certain nonprofit
and political organizations. Commercial tele-
marketers are not allowed to call you if your
number is listed on the registry.
Consumers may register their residential and
wireless telephone numbers on the national
Do-Not-Call Registry at no cost, either by
telephone or via the Internet. To register by
telephone, call 1.888.382.1222. For TTY, call
1.866.290.4236.Youmust call from the telephone
number you wish to register. You also may
register, or obtain additional information, via
the Internet at

of your telephone number on the national
Do-Not-Call Registry will be effective 31 days
following your registration. Your number will
remain on the registry permanently. You can
remove your number from the list at any time.
