Blunck Receives
Exceptional Employee Award
. . .
Gena Blunck, Customer Service Representative, is the recipient of the Reservation Telephone
Cooperative (RTC)
Exceptional Employee Award
for the second quarter of 2015.
RTC Customer Service Manager Lisa Schenfisch says,“Gena is very knowledgeable when it
comes to her job and she learns fast and retains what she learns. She is always willing to take
on extra projects to help out where needed. She is definitely an asset to our customer service
department!”
Gena started at RTC in September of 2010. Her job duties include taking calls from customers
when they are having trouble with any of their RTC services, troubleshooting over the phone
with the customers, and dispatching technicians to fix the trouble. Gena also works with the
county 911 coordinators.
She and her husband Bob and their son Terran reside in Parshall.
The
Exceptional Employee Award
was developed to recognize RTC employees who go
above and beyond the call of duty. Nominations are made by fellow employees and it
is awarded to a deserving RTC employee quarterly.
