o meet the growing demand for our services,
RTC has opened a new office in Watford City.
Lisa Schenfisch, Customer Service Manager at
RTC, explains, “The oil boom created an immediate
need for more employees. The downtown location didn’t
have enough space for all of our existing employees to
do their work.”
A Place for Everything
The new office is in a one-story building on the western
edge of Watford City. It houses a multi-truck garage,
tech offices, training room, mechanical room, inventory
room, and all the materials used to install fiber networks.
Though in operation since the winter of 2013, this
Watford City facility just opened to customers during
the summer of 2014.
Schenfisch notes, “The added space is a major improvement
because it allows us to hire more people and better organize
our inventory and materials. Our employees benefit and
so do our customers. This new office helps us serve our
customers better, since we have room for the technicians
and all the materials and equipment needed for fiber
cutovers as well as TV, phone and internet installations.”
You can visit the Watford City office in person to make
payments, sign up for new services, make changes to
existing services, pick up additional phone directories,
return leased equipment, and purchase phones, remotes,
and other communication devices.
A Growing List of Services
Remember, RTC provides a wide range of solutions to meet
the needs of your business. They include:
• Internet Services —
High-speed internet services are
available in most locations served by RTC. We offer
specialized internet connections, extra email boxes,
Wi-Fi, and additional options.
• Video Surveillance Cameras —
RTC leases and installs
Panasonic High Definition Cameras. These cameras
work great for a variety of situations including small
businesses wanting to monitor the inside of their
buildings, oil companies wanting to monitor well sites,
and families wanting to monitor their homes.
• TV Service—
Many businesses are now using TV as
a strategy to improve customer satisfaction and keep

• TV Advertising—
RTC would like to help your business
grow through great rates on TV advertising that
effectively reaches your customers and prospects.
• Extended Area Phone Service—
Extended Area Service
allows subscribers in one exchange to call subscribers in
another exchange without a long distance charge. Please
refer to RTC’s phone directory for a list of those areas.
RTC is excited about the personal interaction made
possible by the office space in Watford City. Schenfisch
says, “The best part about the new office is that we will be
able to serve our customers in person in addition to over
the phone or through email. The new facility allows us to
develop a personal connection with our customers, which
is something we’re thrilled about.”
