be 45 and older. But with the Bakken oil
boom, more people are moving to the area
and the average age has decreased to
around 35. Packineau adds, “We’ve seen
more traffic in the casino. This has been
great for business; however, we are
competing with other employers for
employees. We want to deliver a first-class
customer service experience and that can
be difficult when we’re short staffed. Still,
our employees always do a great job. We
hope our customers agree.”

internet, and TV services from RTC and
has been a customer for over 21 years.
Packineau appreciates the reliable PBX
phone system that RTC installed through-
out the premises, including in the guest
rooms. These rooms are also equipped
with RTC TV service.
Internet service is key, says Packineau:
“Being in the age of technology, we a need
reliable internet source. RTC comes
through for us and provides a good system.
They recently did an upgrade to fiber optic
cable.”He adds, “RTC technicians are always
there when we need them for upgrades and
repairs. They’re fun and professional and
consistently do a great job.”
